Thankgivings Day Weekend - Class Schedule

The gym will be closed from Thanksgiving Day -Thursday, November 26th, 2009 to Sunday, November 29th.

We will be going down to Wisconsin for an exciting weekend of fights. Kaminari Dojo fighters Shawn Dean and David Ellis will be be fighting in an event put on by Dave Strasser's Freestyle Fight Academy.

This will be Shawn's first fight under Kaminari Dojo and David's second.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS CAGE FIGHTING NOW LEGAL IN MICHIGAN

The State of Michigan has now legalized competitive MMA in Michigan after years of legal wrangling. The state, by an overwhelming decision has now expanded the Boxing Commission to incorporate Mixed Martial Arts. Now known as The Unarmed Combat Commission, the Commission and its new leader, Dr. James Webber will carry the same responsibilities as did the Boxing Commission for the last several decades.
